[摘要] 目的 探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 选取笔者所在医院2009年10月～2011年5月收治的160例支原体肺炎患儿，随机分为治疗组(阿奇霉素治疗)80例和对照组(复方丹参注射液治疗)80例，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应。 结果 治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)，治疗组的退热时间，咳嗽好转时间，罗音消失时间和平均住院时间与对照组比较均明显缩短，两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效明显，安全可靠，值得在临床上推广应用。
