[摘要] 目的 探讨利用亚甲蓝对HBsAg抗原性的影响作用。 方法 将不同浓度的HBsAg阳性血浆分别经亚甲蓝作用后，应用ELISA方法检测HBsAg变化情况，确定HBsAg是否被破坏。 结果 各浓度HBsAg经亚甲蓝作用后，其S/CO值均有不同程度的下降。 结论 亚甲蓝对HBsAg抗原性有一定破坏作用。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of methylene blue on HBsAg antigenic. Methods Different concentrations of HBsAg-positive plasma were treated with methylene blue,ELISA method was used to detect the changes of HBsAg to determine whether HBsAg was destructed or not. Results After each concentration of HBsAg by the role of methylene blue,its S/CO values were decreased in varying degrees.
