[摘要]目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜手术常见并发症及其预防和护理方法，降低并发症的发生率，提高护理效率。方法 回顾性分析2009年3月～2011年3月在笔者所在医院妇科行腹腔镜手术治疗的1 711例患者的临床资料，统计并发症的发生率，并总结预防和护理经验。 结果 观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(x2=2.694，P<0.05)。继发疼痛、盆腔出血、低氧血症和高碳酸血、皮下气肿和继发感染是妇科腹腔镜手术最常见的并发症。结论 有效的预防和护理措施是降低妇科腹腔镜手术并发症发生率、保证患者康复的关键。
