[摘要] 目的 探讨妇科腹腔镜手术适应证、手术方式及并发症。方法 回顾分析笔者所在医院妇产科890例腹腔镜手术临床并发症的发生及其相关因素。结果 腹腔镜手术适用于子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、卵巢囊肿、异位妊娠等良性肿瘤手术治疗。手术方式有腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术、卵巢囊肿剔除术及异位妊娠手术。结论 腹腔镜手术是一种较好的微创手术方式，但需要把握好手术指证及操作医生良好的技能。

[Abstract] Objective Explore the gynecological laparoscopic surgical indications, surgical methods and complications. Methods Retrospective analysis of the occurrence of clinical complications and its related factors of 890 cases of laparoscopic surgery in the gynecology of our hospital since 2007. Results Laparoscopic surgery was suitable for benign surgery treatment such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts and ectopic pregnancy.
