血清药理学方法研究四逆汤对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的影响

[摘要] 目的 观察大鼠灌胃给予四逆汤后，其含药血清对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的作用。 方法 大鼠每日2次灌胃给予四逆汤(1 mL/次)，给药1 d 后，分别在末次给药30、60、90、120 min 取血，分离血清。将含药血清加入离体蛙心的灌流液中，观察四逆汤对离体蛙心心肌收缩力的影响。 结果 灌胃给予四逆汤后，含药血清均能显著增强离体蛙心的心肌收缩力。其中末次给药后90 min 采血分离的血清对离体蛙心的作用最强。 结论 四逆汤能增强离体蛙心的心肌收缩力。
