瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

[摘要] 目的 观察瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。 方法 选择52例糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组(瑞格列奈单独用药组)22例，对照组(瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合用药组)30例。治疗组给予瑞格列奈1.5 mg/d,，对照在治疗组的基础上再给予二甲双胍7.5 mg/d，连续治疗12周，比较两组治疗前后的空腹血糖，餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白等变化，并记录药物的不良反应。 结果 两组治疗后FBG、2hPBG、HbAlc等较治疗前均有下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且未观察到药物有明显的不良反应。 结论 瑞格列奈无论单独应用还是联合用药，治疗糖尿病临床疗效好且安全性高，效果理想。
