颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查与脑梗死预测的相关性研究

[摘要] 目的 探讨颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查在脑梗死预测中的作用。 方法 选取笔者所在医院神经内科住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者共90例，同时选择同期在门诊进行体检的本院健康体检人群90例为对照组，进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。 结果 脑梗死组与对照组斑块的检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；脑梗死组中、重型患者软斑检出率显著高于轻型患者。 结论 颈动脉粥样硬化与脑梗死的发生有很大的相关性，对脑梗死患者的诊断、治疗及预后可提供比较可靠的资料，颈动脉超声检查价格比较低，且快速无创。
