[摘要] 目的 探讨乳腺癌保乳术在高龄患者中的应用效果。 方法 对4例高龄乳腺癌患者进行保乳手术。 结果 全组患者均保乳成功，疗效确切，美容效果优良，患者及家属满意，随访2年无转移复发。 结论 高龄患者实行保乳术，既减少了手术创伤，降低手术风险，又满足高龄患者生理及生活社会需求。

    [Abstract] Objective Study on application of breast-conserving surgery in elderly patients. Methods Through certain standards of four cases choice-the breast cancer patients who breasted was augmentation. Results The group of patients was the milk success, symptoms, and a hairdressing effect was good, the patient and family to satisfy, follow-up two years without transfer recurrence. Conclusion In elderly patients with breast augmentation of the not only reduce surgical trauma and reduce the risk of surgery, and content in elderly patients with physiological and social life demand, can yet be regarded as a kind of effect, reliable, and social effect is good, have the value of the promotion clinical operation method. ......
