高尿酸血症与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性分析

     [摘要] 目的 探讨高尿酸血症与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性。 方法 选取确诊的糖尿病神经病变患者120例和非糖尿病神经病变神经病变患者120例作为观察组和对照组，测定所有患者的血清尿酸水平，同时测定IRI。 结果 观察组血清尿酸水平与对照组相比明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的IRI与对照组相比明显增加，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 高尿酸血症与糖尿病周围神经病变的关系密切，是反映糖尿病周围神经病变严重程度的重要指标。
