     [摘要] 目的 分别建立测定葛根和粉葛中的Pb、As、Hg、Zn和Se元素的方法。 方法 分别应用原子吸收分光光度法测定Pb和Zn，原子荧光分光光度法测定As、Hg和Se。 结果 根据建立的方法，测定了葛根和粉葛共10批样品的五种元素的含量。 结论 各元素的测定方法准确可靠，低价高效。
