[摘要] 分析30例困难气道患者气道特点和麻醉时的病理生理，针对困难气道患者的麻醉风险，总结了麻醉期间的护理配合经验。护理配合的重点包括：充分了解和评估患者情况，妥善准备物品和药品，密切观察和配合麻醉操作步骤，及时发现和处理患者的异常情况。

[Abstract] Through analysis of the anatomic and physiological characteristics and the pathophysiological changes of 30 difficult airway patients,the risks and key points of nursing care during general anesthesia were summarized,such as careful assessment of the patient situation,preparations of first aid materials and drugs,close observation and cooperation with the procedure of anesthesia,timely detecting and dealing with the abnormal changes during anesthesia.

困难气道(difficult airway)是麻醉科麻醉期间气道管理方面常遇到的问题，而且出现困难气道也是比较危险的时刻。Li等 [1]报道，麻醉相关并发症首要原因与气道管理不当有关，而欧洲健康与医学研究资料显示，50%以上严重麻醉相关并发症，包括死亡、不可逆昏迷时由气道管理不当应引起的。也有研究资料显示30%~40%的麻醉死亡归因于无能力处理困难气道[2]。困难气道的处理是气道管理的最重要的技术，我国医学会麻醉分会的专家们参考了国内外经验给出了困难气道管理专家共识，为我国临床麻醉中困难气道的规范处理提出指导性意见。由于处理困难气道重要性，所以在处理困难气道时护理的配合也应该很重要，现把笔者所在医院近两年来30例评估有气道困难气道的患者麻醉期间的护理方面的经验总结如下。
