[摘要] 目的 探讨复方苦参乳剂的制取方法以及用其治疗湿疹的疗效。 方法 运用现代制药工艺制取复方苦参乳剂，进行制剂质量评定，临床运用于湿疹患者，观察用药疗效和用药安全。 结果 本乳剂各药物成分搭配合理，具有良好稳定性和保湿效果，临床上对湿疹患者的治疗总有效率达到88.2%。 结论 复方苦参乳剂制取方法简便，运用于临床湿疹治疗，效果明确，安全性良好。
