[摘要] 目的 探讨上颌窦恶性肿瘤的误诊原因及防范措施，以减少该病的误诊。 方法 对26例首诊误诊的上颌窦恶性肿瘤患者的一般资料、临床表现、影像表现、病理类型、治疗等进行回顾性分析。 结果 误诊病种达8种，首诊误诊个体诊所和乡镇卫生院占65.4%，非专业人员误诊达80.8%。 结论 医师提高对上颌窦恶性肿瘤的认识，合理进行相关检查，正确分析检查结果，培养正确的临床思维方式可减少该病的误诊。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the misdiagnosis and preventive measures of maxillary sinus malignant tumor. Methods The general information, clinical manifestations, imaging finding, pathological type and treatments of 26 patients with maxillary sinus malignant tumors misdiagnosis were selected and analyzed retrospectively. Results The kinds of misdiagnosed disease were up to 8, the first misdiagnosis in individual clinics or township hospitals accounted for 65.4%, non-professionals misdiagnosed rate was 80.8%. Conclusion It can reduce misdiagnosis through physicians improve the understanding of maxillary sinus malignant tumor, reasonable and relevant examination and correct clinical thinking way. ......
