[摘要] 目的 探讨子宫肌瘤剔除两种术式的效果。 方法 将2008年3月～2010年6月笔者所在医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者分为腹腔镜组87例和开腹组90例，对两组的治疗情况进行对比。 结果 两组患者均顺利完成了手术；两组的术中出血量及术后并发症发生率比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除手术具有损伤小，恢复快的优点。

    Comparison of two kinds of uterine myomectomy

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of the two kinds of uterine myomectomy. Methods From March 2008 to June 2010, 177 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital were divided into aparoscopy group (n=87) and laparotomy group (n=90), and the treatment for the two groups were compared. Results The patients in the two groups successfully completed the surgery,and there were significant difference between the two groups on the intraoperative blood loss and postoperative morbidity (P<0.05).
