人工流产后即时口服妈富隆临床观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨人工流产后即时口服短效避孕药的必要性和可行性。 方法 将自愿要求人工流产终止妊娠的早孕妇女120例，随机分为两组，观察组60例于人工流产后当天服用妈富隆、抗生素及益母草颗粒，对照组60例仅服用抗生素及益母草颗粒。 结果 观察组术后盆腔感染及出血时间低于对照组(P<0.05)，术后月经复潮比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 人工流产后即时应用短效避孕药妈富隆除避孕外，还能明显缩短出血时间，减少术后盆腔感染率，促进月经恢复。
