[摘要] 作为患者十大安全目标之一的用药安全与护士关系极为密切，加强用药安全管理，多渠道、多层面控制用药安全，可以有效提升药物疗效、降低不良反应及副作用。作者通过三年多临床实践，总结出一套行之有效的药物管理方法，期望能为同行提供一定参考。
