[摘要]目的 观察并总结儿童过敏性紫癜的护理效果。方法 对2011年1月～2012年12月在我院儿科住院的过敏性紫癜患儿236例的临床资料和护理方法进行回顾性分析。结果236例患儿中219例好转痊愈，治愈率92.80%，17例复发，未见并发症发生。结论 心理疏导、预防感染、饮食管理等是护理该病的重点，能有效防止复发和并发症发生。
