摘要]目的探讨手术方法对不稳定性骨盆骨折的临床疗效。方法 随机选取我院2010年7月～2013年3月期间收治的不稳定性骨盆骨折患者80例，对患者进行骨折分型，按照分型结果选择合适的入路方法，并对结果进行分析讨论。结果 所有患者术后骨盆骨折情况均得到改善，均恢复行走功能，X线片检查结果表明，患者的骨折移位情况愈合良好，术后骨盆功能优良率为96.25%。结论 采用骨盆外固定支架对不稳定性骨盆骨折患者进行治疗，能够有效的对患者失血性休克症状进行纠正，且具有操作简单、安全可靠的特点，值得在临床上进一步推广。
