[摘要] 目的 探讨免疫三氧血回输疗法治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2012年8月～2013年8月期间收治的急性脑梗死患者340例，随机分成两组，对照组(一般治疗)及治疗组(一般治疗+免疫三氧血回输疗法)各170例，对比分析其疗效。 结果 治疗组有效率为91.2%，对照组有效率为78.2%，x2=4.379，P=0.008，表明治疗组基本治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。 结论 医用臭氧自体血回输疗法非常适合神经系统疾病，特别是急性脑梗死等治疗，且疗效显著。
