治疗中耳炎药物的门诊处方应用合理性分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 了解某三甲医院耳鼻喉科门诊诊断为中耳炎单病种患者治疗药物的使用情况，为医院开展药物利用研究工作、临床合理用药提供参考。 方法 随机抽查该院耳鼻喉科2013年3～10月间诊断为中耳炎门诊处方的药物使用情况，采用排序和应用频度分析方法进行统计分析。 结果 用药频度排序前10的药物依次为利福平滴眼液、桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊、氨溴索片、氧氟沙星滴眼液、氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂、标准桃金娘油肠溶胶囊、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、枸地氯雷他定片、比拜克胶囊。结论 该院耳鼻喉科门诊治疗中耳炎使用药物合理。
