[摘要] 目的 建立简便和灵敏的双试剂自动化分析法测定血清D-3羟丁酸。 方法 在NAD和D-3羟丁酸脱氢酶存在下，用氯化硝基四氮唑兰(NBT)作为显色剂测定血清中的D-3羟丁酸。 结果 该法线性范围为0～7.0mmol/L，平均回收率为98.7%，批内变异系数和批间变异系数均小于2%，与对照试剂盒比较有良好的相关性(r2 =0.996)，具有良好的抗干扰能力。150例健康人血清D-3羟丁酸含量为0.03～0.30mmol/L。 结论 NBT自动分析法测定D-3羟丁酸方法简便、灵敏可靠、适合临床应用。
