[摘要] 目的 探讨品管圈在预防中心静脉导管相关性血流感染中的应用价值。 方法 选择349例患者，观察组进行品管圈活动，对照组实施常规护理，比较两组感染发生率及发生时间，考核护士理论知识及操作能力。 结果 观察组感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)，发生时间选择慢于对照组(P<0.05)，护士理论知识及操作能力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对中心静脉相关性血流感染实施品管圈，能有效减少感染发生率，延缓感染发生时间。
