[摘要]硬脑膜动静脉瘘是指发生在硬脑膜及其附属物上的异常动静脉分流，目前主要的治疗方式为血管内治疗和开颅手术治疗，但血管内治疗具有较好疗效。本文对血管内治疗的常用方法、适应证、并发症及术后评价的最新进展进行综述。
