     [摘要] 目的 了解本地区腹泻患者的A组轮状病毒的全年感染情况。 方法 采用胶体金免疫层析技术检测腹泻患者的粪便标本中A组轮状病毒抗原。 结果 1876例腹泻患者的粪便标本一共检验到阳性和弱阳性的标本是468例，阳性率24.96%(468/1876)。 结论 A组轮状病毒在本地区的腹泻患者的感染情况较为严重。
