[摘要] 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病被视为是导致新生儿神经发育异常甚至是死亡的主要原因，部分存活患儿多会出现神经系统缺陷。本文主要围绕该病的分类与病理改变、发病机制以及MRI核磁共振研究进展三个方面进行了综述。
