[摘要]目的 研究系统护理干预对骨折愈合和关节功能恢复的影响。 方法 选择114例骨折患者，按照随机数字对照表法分为两组，对照组(57例)给予常规护理，研究组(57例)给予系统性护理干预，观察两组患者骨折愈合和关节功能恢复情况。 结果 研究组骨折愈合总有效率为98.3%，显著高于对照组的84.2%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组关节功能恢复优良率为96.5%，显著高于对照组的79.0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对骨折患者给予系统性护理干预能够促进骨折愈合，加快关节功能恢复，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广和普及。
