[摘要] 目的 研究血清降钙素原对慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并下呼吸道感染诊断的临床意义，并分析其应用价值。方法 选取我院自2012年9月～2013年7月期间收治的COPD患者50例作为研究对象，其中25例患者合并下呼吸道感染作为实验组，另外25例患者未合并下呼吸道感染作为对照组，比较两组患者的白细胞数量、中性粒细胞数量的差异，比较两组患者的血清降钙素原、C-反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原、前白蛋白的含量差异。 结果 由研究数据可得，实验组与对照组的各指标数据差异明显(P<0.05)，具有统计学意义。 结论 血清降钙素原对COPD合并下呼吸道感染诊断具有重要意义，可作为COPD合并下呼吸道感染患者的辅助检查指标。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical significance of serum procalcitonin in the diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) combined with lower respiratory tract infection and analyze its application value.
