[摘要] 目的 通过了解人中性粒细胞载脂蛋白在老年急性呼吸道感染患者细菌和病毒感染鉴别诊断的效果，研究其临床价值。 方法 对我院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的老年呼吸道感染患者100例，其中急性细菌感染患者、病毒感染患者各50例，再选择同例数的健康人群作为对照组，对每一例患者HNL、血常规及CRP检测情况进行分析。 结果 本次结果比较满意，细菌组、病毒组血清HNL、CRP/WBC/NEUT均高于对照组，且观察各组患者临床检测效果综合结果，细菌组总有效率为94%，病毒组总有效率为92%，对照组有效率为52%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在临床上，人中性粒细胞载脂蛋白有利于鉴别诊断老年患者急性细菌和病毒感染，具有重要的临床意义。
