[摘要]目的 探讨复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖在便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备效果研究。 方法 2012年10月～2014年10月期间，于我院接受结肠镜检查的便秘患者中选取90例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组，每组各45例，其中对照组给予复方聚乙二醇，研究组给予复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖，比较两组肠道准备的完成情况。 结果 研究组患者肠道清洁总有效率为93.33%、不良反应发生率为8.89%，与对照组75.56%、26.67%相较，明显更具临床优势，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 复方聚乙二醇联合乳果糖在便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中，效果显著，并发症少，值得推广。
