[摘要] 目的 比较两种病理学诊断方法诊断慢诊断性子宫内膜炎的差异。 方法 获取的标本分别采用HE染色法与免疫组织化学染色联合检测CD38、CD138方法诊断慢性子宫内膜炎，比较两组诊断阳性率。 结果 与HE染色组诊断阳性率(3.57%)相比，免疫组织化学染色联合检测CD38、CD138组诊断阳性率(26.19%)更高，差异有统计学意义(x2=36，P<0.05)。 结论 与传统方法比较，采用免疫组织化学联合检测CD38、CD138方法对诊断慢性子宫内膜炎更具灵敏性和特异性。

    [Abstract] Objective To compare two pathological methods of diagnosing chronic endometritis. Methods Obtained samples adopted CD38 and CD138 combined with HE staining method or with immunohistochemistry respectively to diagnose chronic endometritis.
