[摘要]本科护生作为护理专业未来发展的高级人才储备资源，其离职率的高低对护理事业的发展和护理队伍的稳定有着重要影响。目前国内外本科护理教育均以课程教育为主，缺乏科学系统职业生涯规划及其相关内容的教育。针对这一现状，将职业成熟度概念引入护理教育，讨论其提高的必要性，并提出科学有效可行的干预措施。
