[摘要] 目的 探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效及安全性。 方法 将80例T2DM合并高血压患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组仅采用硝苯地平片，观察组在此基础上联合厄贝沙坦。比较两组疗效、治疗前后SBP及DBP水平变化。 结果 (1)对照组临床总有效率为70.00%，显著低于观察组(92.50%)(P<0.05)；(2)两组治疗前后SBP及DBP水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，且两组治疗后血压水平差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗T2DM合并高血压的效果显著，无不良反应发生，值得推广应用。
