[摘要] 目的 血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)和胱抑素C(Cys C)的水平在不同时期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者中的表达变化和意义。 方法 采用酶法和免疫比浊法检测80例糖尿病肾病患者和80例正常健康者中血清HCY和Cys C水平。 结果 与对照组相比，DN患者血清中HCY和Cys C水平升高，并且与病情的严重性相关(均P<0.01)；同时DN患者血清中HCY和Cys C水平呈显著正相关(r=0.679，P<0.01)。 结论 随着DN的进展，血清HCY和Cys C含量升高，且与DN病变严重程度相关，血清HCY和Cys C含量检测有助于判断DN病情的程度。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore expression changes of HCY and Cys C level in serum of patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN) in different periods and its clinical significance.
