[摘要] 目的 探讨社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理的现状和对策。 方法 以我社区卫生服务中心医院为调查对象，对医院感染管理现状进行调查，针对调查结果制定对策并实施，比较实施前后的感染管理效果。 结果 医院感染管理主要问题：监督管理力度弱、医务人员缺乏感染防护意识、医疗废物管理不规范、消毒隔离制度不健全；相关对策实施后监督管理、感染防护意识、医疗废物管理和消毒隔离管理合格率为100%、66.67%、100%、91.67%，感染管理效果明显好于实施前，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 社区卫生服务中心医院感染管理仍有待加强，针对性管理对策是控制医院感染的有效方法。
