[摘要]目的 探讨应用脑室镜治疗脑室出血与单纯脑室穿刺外引流术的疗效比较情况。 方法 分析我院2012年12月～ 2014年12月收治的60例脑室出血患者的临床资料，依据治疗措施不同进行分组，对照组30例和实验组30例。 结果 实验组脑室出血患者意识转清、血肿基本清除率和平均引流时间明显优于对照组，实验组脑室出血患者临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 应用脑室镜治疗脑室出血血肿清除率高，临床疗效明显，预后恢复较好，值得临床推广应用。
