[摘要] 临床实习是护理教育过程中重要的环节，临床护理教师的有效教学行为包括教学能力行为、护理能力行为、评价行为、人际关系、个性特征5个方面，他能够促进学生的学习效果，提高学生的能力和满意度，改善临床学习过程，保证教学质量。
