[摘要] 我院药剂科在建立药学服务工作模式过程中发现，药品使用合理性不足，药师专业素质不强，患者不配合治疗等是开展药学服务所面临的主要问题。本研究将所出现的问题进行了全方面的总结，并提出了相应对策。通过开展药学服务，我院精神病药物的合理应用得到大大的促进，也使得药物的治疗效果有所提高。
