[摘要] 腰椎退行性疾病多由腰椎间盘和关节突关节的关节软骨及周围韧带组织的退行性改变所致，属于中医“腰腿痛”“腰痛”“痹症”的范畴。刘柏龄教授以“二步十法”联合中药和运动疗法治疗腰椎退行性疾病疗效较好，本文总结了刘柏龄教授的治疗经验，为临床治疗提供参考。
