氢氧化钙治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨氢氧化钙治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。 方法 收集2013年12月～2014年12月来我科门诊就诊的88例慢性根尖周炎患者，每人1颗患牙共88颗患牙，按治疗方法将患者分为治疗组和对照组，每组患者44例44颗患牙，治疗组用氢氧化钙治疗，对照组用甲醛甲酚治疗，封药1周后比较两组疼痛程度及疗效。 结果 治疗组治疗后疼痛0级患者比例明显高于对照组，Ⅲ级患者比例低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，治疗组瘘管完全闭合率高于对照组，瘘管存在，有液体渗出发生率低于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 慢性根尖周炎用氢氧化钙治疗能明显缓解患者疼痛，提高临床疗效，可以在临床推广应用。

The clinical effect of calcium hydroxide treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of calcium hydroxide treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods 88 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis patients were selected from December 2013 to December 2014 period to our outpatient clinic， a total of 88 teeth per person teeth， all the patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the treatment methods， there were 44 patients 44 teeth in each group， the treatment group were treated with calcium hydroxide， the control group was treated with cresol formaldehyde treatment， closed one week after the drug the degree of pain， efficacy evaluation of two groups were compared. Results After treatment， the ratio with pain 0 degree of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group， the ratio with painⅢ degree was lower than then control group，the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)。 The ratio with fistula closure of the treatment group was higher than the control group， incidence of fistula exists， the liquid exudation was lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic apical calcium hydroxide treatment can relieve pain in patients， improve the clinical efficacy， it can be in clinical application.

慢性根尖周炎是临床上口腔科常见的多发疾病，是指由于根管内长期发生感染，并且有病原性刺激物导致根尖周围组织发生慢性炎症反应，在叩击患者牙齿或牙齿咬合的时候会出现不适感或疼痛感[1]。目前，临床多用根管治疗慢性根尖周炎，但多种因素会影响根管治疗的成功与否，根管预备和根管消毒是使根管内感染细菌及其毒性物质消除、缓解临床症状的重要方法[2]。主要是在机械清除炎症组织后，内封消毒药物将感染细菌彻底清除，从而使患者的患牙得以保存，病症得以消除[3]。笔者收集2013年12月～2014年12月来我科门诊就诊的88例慢性根尖周炎患者，对其中的44例患者用氢氧化钙治疗，效果较为满意，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(南小思?陈周焕?杨雅)
