[摘要] 目的 探讨社区家庭病床护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者生存质量的影响。 方法 选取2012年5月～2015年5月我社区的脑卒中偏瘫患者共92例，分为观察组和对照组。给予对照组常规护理；在对照组基础上，给予观察组社区家庭病床护理，观察对患者生存质量的影响。 结果 观察组生存质量主观感受评分，健康状况主观感受评分，生理领域评分，心理领域评分及社会关系领域评分，均高于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 在脑卒中偏瘫患者的恢复过程中应用社区家庭病床护理模式，能够促进患者的恢复进程，保障患者的生存质量，值得推广。
