[摘要] 目的 建立HPLC 法测定氯霉素滴眼液含量的不确定度分析的一般方法。 方法 建立计算氯霉素滴眼液含量的不确定度的数学模型， 找出影响不确定度的因素， 并对各个不确定度分量进行评估。 结果 计算各变量的不确定度分量，最终给出测量结果的扩展不确定度和置信水平。含量测定的标准不确定度为0.522%，扩展不确定度为1.0%。含量测定结果表示为(94.64±1.0)%，包含因子k=2。 结论 建立的不确定度评估方法适用于对HPLC 法测定的氯霉素滴眼液含量进行不確定度分析。
