[摘要] 目的 探讨螺旋CT探查在颅脑外伤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取2012年10月～2016年10月在我院接受治疗的颅脑外伤患者80例，均进行螺旋CT探查，分析CT检查颅脑外伤的应用价值。结果 经手术病理检测发现，80例颅脑外伤患者中，蛛网膜下腔出血26例(32.50%)，脑挫裂伤16例(20.00%)，硬膜下血肿14例(17.50%)，硬膜下积液9例(11.25%)，硬膜外血肿7例(8.75%)，颅骨骨折6例(7.50%)，颅内血肿2例(2.50%)。与手术病理组织检测结果比较，螺旋CT探查颅脑损伤的符合率为100.00%；经分析发现，随着CT积分不断增加，患者预后越差。结论 螺旋CT探查有助于颅脑外伤患者早期诊断，准确反映患者治疗及预后情况。
