[摘要] 目的 探讨连硬外+气管内全麻应用于髋关节置换手术麻醉的临床疗效。方法 79例患者均为2013年10月～2016年12月期间在本院行髋关节置换术的病例，按照回顾性方法，根据患者麻醉方法不同分为两组。对照组34例患者行连硬外麻醉，观察组45例患者行连硬外+气管内全麻。记录观察两组患者麻醉前后心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)的变化情况，同时，观察两组患者手术后清醒(能对答)的时间。结果 两组患者麻醉前HR、SBP、DBP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，观察组麻醉后各项指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，观察组患者麻醉优秀率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针对髋关节置换术患者可行连硬外+气管内全麻，其麻醉效果好，且较少影响患者的心率和血压等指标，管理方便，值得推广。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous epidural anesthesia combined with endotracheal anesthesia in application of anesthesia in hip-joint replacement surgery.
