[摘要] 目的 探讨护理安全等级标识卡在精神科风险管理中的应用。 方法 选取我院2016年1月～2017年1月收治的280例精神病患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各140例。对照组进行常规风险管理，观察组待患者入院后即采用护理安全等级标识卡进行风险管理，对比两组患者的护理效果。 结果 观察组患者意外事件发生率低于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，具备统计学意义；观察组护理差错发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 护理安全等级标识卡可以有效预防精神科风险事件的发生，具有较高的安全性，同时保证了护理人员的工作准确性，值得在临床推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore nursing safety grade identification card in application of risk management in psychiatric department.
