[摘要] 目的 分析皮瓣修复在手部组织缺损治疗中的应用。 方法 将2010年1月～2016年1月60例手部组织缺损患者，随机分为对照组与实验组，对照组行前臂或胸腹部皮瓣修复，实验组行局部皮瓣修复。观察两组临床疗效。 结果 实验组手术治疗总有效率为93.3%，明显高于对照组的80.0%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组术后1、2周时的VAS评分，明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 应用皮瓣修复治疗手部组织缺损效果确切，有利于缓解术后患者疼痛，伤情康复较快，值得推广应用。
