[摘要] 目的 筛选槐米中提取芦丁的最佳工艺。 方法 以芦丁提取率为评价指标，采用L9(34)正交实验设计，以乙醇浓度、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为实验因素，确定最佳提取条件。 结果 最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度60%，料液比1∶15，提取温度40℃，提取时间30min。 结论 优选的提取工艺经济、简单、可行，为槐米中芦丁的超声提取提供实验基础。
