    穴位埋线疗法治疗失眠症的临床研究进展

    随着社会的发展和人们生活节奏的加快，失眠的患者越来越多，影响了身心健康和生活质量，因此治疗失眠症具有十分重要的现实意义。穴位埋线是治疗失眠症的一种非药物疗法，笔者就近年来关于该疗法治疗失眠症的相关文献进行综述分析，以为临床提供有用的证据和启示。结论表明，穴位埋线治疗失眠症具有其独特的疗效和优势，诸多研究者使用穴位埋线治疗失眠所选的穴位各有讲究，治疗间隔时间亦有不同，有使用单一疗法者或配合其他疗法者，但大多可以取得不错的疗效或加强原有单一疗法的疗效，作用机制尚不十分明确，有必要进行进一步探讨和研究。

    Clinical research progress of acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of insomnia

    With the development of society and the acceleration of people's pace of life, more and more patients with insomnia are affecting the physical and mental health and quality of life. Therefore, the treatment of insomnia is of great practical significance. Acupoint catgut embedding is a non drug therapy for the treatment of insomnia. In this paper, the literature on the treatment of insomnia in recent years is reviewed and analyzed in order to provide useful evidence and enlightenment. The conclusion shows that acupoint catgut embedding therapy has its unique efficacy and advantages in the treatment of insomnia. The acupoints selected by many researchers are exquisite, the interval of treatment is also different,with a single therapy or other therapy. But most of them can achieve good results or enhance the efficacy of the original single therapy. The mechanism is not clear enough. It is necessary to further explore and research. ......
