    我院重组人生长激素治疗儿童矮小症不良反应分析

    目的分析重组人生长激素治疗儿童矮小症的不良反应情况。方法将2015年4月1日～2016年3月31日在本院治疗的80例矮小症患儿作为研究对象，计算机随机分成常规组(饮食、睡眠、运动干预等常规治疗)和治疗组(常规治疗+重组人生长激素治疗)，每组40例。比较两组治疗前后的各项身体指标、胰岛素生长因子指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果与常规组相比，治疗组矮小症患儿治疗6个月后身高增长速度(9.59±1.94)cm/年、预测成年身高(170.52±10.39)cm、身高标准差积分(-1.64±0.36)、身高标准差分值(-0.78±0.40)四项身体指标和胰岛素生长因素结合蛋白3(3.90±1.47)μg/mL、胰岛素生长因子1(328.54±114.52)ng/mL两项胰岛素生长因子水平均更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比无统计学意义。结论重组人生长激素治疗儿童矮小症安全有效。

    Analysis of adverse reactions of recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of children with dwarfism
