    评价综合康复护理干预对脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍患者的效果

    目的研究讨论脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍患者接受综合康复护理干预的临床效果。方法脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍患者60例，随机分成研究组和对照组(均n=30)，对照组接受传统常规护理，研究组接受综合康复护理干预，对比两组患者相关指标数据变化情况。结果相比于对照组，研究组临床治疗总有效率及预后生活质量均更高、治疗第一、二、三周研究组患者SSA评估(标准吞咽功能评估)均更低(P<0.05)，研究组临床护理效果更好，症状改善更明显。结论脑损伤后吞咽功能障碍患者在接受临床治疗的同时辅以综合康复护理干预能够有效改善患者吞咽功能情况，促进患者身体恢复、提高临床治疗效果，值得应用。

    ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients with dysphagia after brain injury.MethodsSixty patients with dysphagia after brain injury were randomly divided into the study group and the control group (n=30). The control group was given the traditional routine nursing, and the study group was given the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention.
