    以家庭为中心的护理模式对早产儿体重增长的影响

    目的分析以家庭为中心的护理模式对早产儿体重增长所产生的影响。方法抽取2016年4月～2017年3月我院68例早产儿，随机分为观察组(以家庭为中心的护理模式)和对照组(基础护理)，各34例，比较两组早产儿体重增长等相关指标。结果观察组和对照组早产儿恢复出生体重、住院用时、出院体重以及住院时体重增长速度比较无统计学意义，而观察组护理满意度(91.12%)高于对照组护(76.47%)，两组满2月体重和出院至满2月体重增长程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将以家庭为中心的护理模式应用于早产儿中有助于其体重的增长，可在临床中进行大量推广应用。

    Effect of family centered nursing model on premature infants'weight gain

    ObjectiveTo analyze the influence of family centered nursing model on premature infants’ weight gain.Methods68 premature infants were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group from April 2016 to March 2017, with 34 cases in each group. The observation group was given family centered nursing mode, and the control group was given basic Nursing. The premature infants weight gain and other related indicators of two groups were compared.ResultsThe birth weight, length of hospital stay, weight loss and weight gain during hospitalization were not significantly different between the observation group and the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(91.12%) was higher than that of the control group(76.47%).There were significantly different on 2 months' weight and the 2 months' weight gain between two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe application of family centered nursing model in premature infants is helpful to the growth of body weight, which can be widely applied in clinic. ......
